When the Move function cannot be applied, you need to uninstall the large program firstly and then reinstall it in another disk.
Way 2: Delete Junk Files

Delete Junk Files with Disk Cleanup
Step 1: Type Disk Cleanup in the search bar and click it.
Step 2: Select the system drive from the Drives list and click OK.
Step 3: In the Disk Cleanup window, select the files you want to erase and then hit OK to run the operation.
Delete Junk Files via iSunshare System Genius
Step 1: Install System Genius in your Windows 10 computer and then run it.
Step 2: Choose File Clean in the Home section.

Way 3: Extend the Low-Space Disk

Step 1: Right-click This PC and choose Manage in the menu.
